Hair Cut to make my hair look fuller?

I am getting my cut tomorrow, and I would like to know a style that would make my hair appear more thick and fuller.

Right now i have long dark brown hair, down to my lower back. I dont want that much cut off (for those of you who have long hair, know how hard it is to part with)

But could anyone give me some suggestions for a cut to make my hair look fuller?

ask for layers and for the stylist to thin it out. tell her you want more volume and they should know what to do its their job.
