It's also similar in length - a bit below the shoulder.

How should I get it cut? I want to change it up because I wear it just like her's in the picture - but, I don't want to go much shorter.

My advice..is to go to a really good hairdresser (stylist) and ask for his/her opinion. Tell them you don't want it much shorter and they'll work with you.

definitely don't go too short--i saw a picture of Nichole Richie in a magazine where she had an adorable graded bob where it was longer in the front, and her hair was wavy like in the picture you have. It was really cute.
