I'm bored with my hair... suggestions on cut/style/color?

Here's two pictures of me, both taken two months ago. (I'm the one in the middle in the first one, and the one on the right in the second one.)

It's grown a little bit since then (but only by a small amount.) It's naturally slightly wavy, as seen here (far right):

I rarely keep it natural though - I straighten it nearly every day.

I'm bored with my hair and am looking for a change in some way. I'm open to most cuts and styles, including bangs. Color isn't really a option for me because my mom won't let me dye my hair, (and I do like my hair color, I consider it one of my best features,) but for fun, if you have a color in mind that would look really outstanding on me, then go ahead and put a link.

idk maybe getting side bangs or something and get layers and maybe get blonde highlights and ask your hair stylist what they recomend with your hair type and face shape

try a dark red, or burgandy. it will be good with your skin color.
