ok i'm 17 years old, and had this shaggy hair for soo long, i don't really know what i should go with, i dont know what different hair styles are and sht, i know this prob ain't best pic, cus i got a beanie on,i know i aint the best lookin guy, i just need something to look decent with i guess anyways what do yall think i should do with my hair? i was just gunna cut it short like a ceaser cut, but i dont know

Long hair is cool. Keep it. Short hair just makes you look like "one of the crowd" and you dont' stand out. Long hair on guys is sexy as long as its kept clean and you condition it well. But...lots of people have the shaggy hair, too. So go get it short enough that its different but long enough to spike it up. Get some highlights, too. They look good.
