Military hair cut...?

I want to get my hair cut military style with a very close shave to the back and sides with only a thin layer of hair on top. Is there a name for this? I hate sitting there and trying to explain it to them. I think I heard someone call it "high and tight" one time.

Military hair cut...?

yes u want a 'high and tight'. the difference is the hair is faded up higher and usually very short like you want. you probably want a zero on the sides and a 1 on top, you can tell them that also....

Military hair cut...?

Just tell them to shave everything

Military hair cut...?

Well, maybe you could find a picture of it, print it out, and take it to the stylist. I'm very sorry but I don't know what it's called, but if you can explain it here, you could probably explain it to the stylist.

Military hair cut...?

It is refered to as a high and tight in the Marine Corp.

Military hair cut...?

Well, if you can't think of the name bring in a small picture of what it is you want your hair to be cut like.

Military hair cut...?

Tell them you want a fade w/ medium skin.

If so, yes, high and tight.

Military hair cut...?

Isn't it kind of like a buzzcut, only with some hair left on top?
